Refund policy

We are pleased to offer a 30-day free return policy on all items in our online store. This means that you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return and ship your item back to us. The item must be postmarked on or before the 30th day after its date of purchase for it to be processed as a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please let us know about the issue so that we can investigate the matter and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

12 Month Refurbished Console Warranty

We are pleased to offer a 12 Month Warranty on all Refurbished Consoles that we sell. Please note that are warranty sticker must remain intact and untampered with on the console in order for us to honor the warranty. If you experience any issues with the function of your refurbished console within 12 months of the purchase date of your console, we will repair or replace your console at no additional charge to you.
