When will my order arrive?
We ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise noted in the product's description. We most commonly use USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail services. Service time varies based on your location, but is generally 2-5 business days from the time of shipment.
We ship out all orders by the end of the next business day.
Therefore, you can expect to receive your item between 3 and 6 business days after placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with your order tracking information once the shipping label has been created.
What locations do you ship to?
We ship to any location serviced by the U.S. Postal Service inside the United States.
How much is shipping?
Video Game Gem Vault is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to locations within the United States. Your order will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted in the product's description.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after purchasing it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please contact us directly. You may contact us by calling or texting (517) 400-7264 or emailing play@videogamegemvault.com. We will send you a return shipping label via email. Then it's time to ship out your item via USPS. Once we receive the item back, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition as it was when we shipped it out. After this step is completed and everything looks good, we will issue you a full refund via the payment method used to place the order. We will contact you to let you know that we've issued the refund. Please allow some time after we issue the refund for your bank to process the transaction.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.
How does your 12 Month Refurbished Console Warranty work?
If you experience any issues with the function of your console within 12 months of purchasing one of our refurbished video game consoles, we will repair or replace the system for you, at no additional charge! Please note that in order for us to honor this warranty, our warranty sticker must be intact and undamaged. Please contact us directly for all warranty inquiries. Video Game Gem Vault is an online used video game and refurbished console retailer located in Lansing, Michigan. Our address is 1231 E. Michigan Ave, Suite 205, East Lansing, MI 48823. We are an online only, eCommerce-based business.
Our warehouse is not currently open to the public, so we do not have regular hours of operation. However, we do respond quickly to all requests for customer service!

What kind of products do you offer?
We offer an array of video games, consoles, handheld systems, gaming accessories, and other gaming related collectibles and products. Our focus is mainly on retro video games and systems, but we do have some new gen offerings as well. We carry video games for several different platforms in our inventory, including systems from Nintendo, Sony PlayStation, Sega, and Microsoft Xbox. We refurbish video game consoles and handheld systems as well, including Nintendo NES, PlayStation 1 and 2, Sega Genesis and more. We are excited to offer video game manuals and guides in our store, so that you can make your copy complete or so you can figure out how to beat the level you're stuck on!
